Refund policy

At Baseball Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite a home run, we’re here to help make it right.

• You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit.
• Items must be in new condition — unused, unmarked, and with all tags or packaging intact.
• For safety and quality reasons, used baseballs cannot be returned.
• To start a return, please contact us at bbazaarr.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Approved refunds will be processed to you in the form of full store credit within 1-2 business days of receiving item back to our warehouse.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, etc.).
